HUMAN IN PROGRESS

I am a Frenchman, a husband, and a father of two, currently calling Singapore home after almost eight awesome years.

I was originally trained as a developer, but I realized early on that my true passion lay in the human element. I transitioned to marketing because I wanted to change minds, drive action, and think in terms of possibilities rather than just what already exists. I am a marketer, but also a proud generalist who loves connecting the dots between different disciplines to create real value.

WHAT DRIVES ME

My grandparents were farmers who taught me the profound value of time and hard work when you deal with nature. That grounded perspective shapes my entire worldview.

A tech-optimist on a mission: I believe technology, especially AI, is a unique opportunity to tackle deeply neglected global problems, like education, eldercare and climate change.

Beauty is everywhere: I don’t believe we need technology to make the world beautiful; documentaries, nature, and the people around us prove it already is. Our job is to be intentional about seeing and preserving that beauty.

Vision and intention first: I’ve worked across startups, scale-ups, and massive corporates. In each situation, I’ve seen the impact of having a clear vision and strong intention. My leadership style is rooted in storytelling, inclusiveness, and excitement toward a common goal. I have strong opinions that I will fight hard for, but I love feedback and am always open to changing my mind.

MANIFESTO

01Yes “ideas are easy, execution is everything”, but not all ideas are equal.

02When in doubt, asking what a child would do often helps.

03The future is not certain, but a product of the choices we make.

04Beauty is everywhere, all the time. We just need to pause to see it.

05Vulnerability and authenticity are not weaknesses, they’re absolute superpowers.

06Wandering and travelling is the fastest way to know ourselves.

07There’s only one way to grow. It is to grow.

08We can be both funny and serious: doing something hard doesn’t have to be boring.

09Stories are intrinsically how we humans communicate.

10Data isn’t the issue. Asking the right question is.
